Service Fees
A 20% service fee/gratuity is required on the total for all services.
Travel fees do not apply to all clients. They are assessed based on distance traveled by the professional and the service location. A travel fee applies for locations 15+ miles from downtown. Fees vary depending on the area and demographic served — your stylist will confirm any applicable travel charges when booking.
A $50 deposit is required only when booking an artist to secure your date — no deposit is required when purchasing a service directly. For artist bookings, your appointment will not be secured until the deposit has been received and your Client Services Agreement has been signed.
Both our stylists and clients are afforded a 15-minute grace period for arrivals. We kindly ask that you allow for traffic and travel conditions when planning your appointment. Our team is committed to arriving on time and will always wait for our clients — we simply ask for the same courtesy in return.
My Glam Team always seeks complimentary parking for all service appointments. In the event that complimentary parking is unavailable at your venue, a parking fee ranging from $20–$40 will apply, determined by the duration of the appointment and the parking rates of the hotel location.
