Terms of Service

By submitting payment through My Glam Team or our authorized payment processor (Vagaro), you agree to the following chargeback protection terms:

All services rendered by My Glam Team artists are considered final upon completion. A chargeback or payment dispute filed with your bank or credit card company for services already provided constitutes a breach of this agreement.

If you believe you were charged in error or are dissatisfied with a service, you must contact My Glam Team directly at hello@myglam.team within 7 days of your appointment. We are committed to resolving all concerns promptly and fairly before any third-party dispute is initiated.

All payments are processed securely through Vagaro, our trusted third-party payment partner. My Glam Team does not store your credit card information.

A valid payment method is required to confirm any booking. Appointments are not secured until payment or a deposit is received.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.

In the event of an unauthorized chargeback filed after services have been rendered, My Glam Team reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of service completion, including booking records, artist confirmations, and service documentation.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in being held liable for the original service amount, any chargeback fees incurred, and potential legal action to recover funds.

Repeat chargeback filings may result in being declined future services by My Glam Team.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

My Glam Team reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

All services are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
